Our response to COVID-19
Go Audio Visual are continually monitoring the Coronavirus developments. We are committed to ensuring the safety of all our staff and our customers.
In response to government guidelines and our own risk assessment we have put together the following procedures for mitigating the risk to our engineers and our customers:
- Teams stay together maintaining consistent pairing
- Panels and all accessories are fully cleaned in our secure clean room before leaving the warehouse
- Specific cleaning procedures are administered depending on manufacturer/customer requirements
- All vehicles to be fully cleaned and sanitized and equipped with full PPE
- Engineers call 30 minutes before arrival so that customers are informed in advance of their arrival
- Before entering customer’s premises engineers put on facemasks and use their own pens for signing in. All details are given for post contact should track and trace be required
- All equipment is wiped down before de-installation is carried out
- All replacement equipment is fully cleaned and tested before leaving site
- Where applicable demo equipment will be left with wipes and gloves for customers to use when operating the equipment
- Engineers will observe the 2 metre rule whenever possible at all times
- Used gloves/masks are to be disposed of using our specific warehouse disposal unit
- Any reports of any covid-19 symptoms within our employees or their households will be reported to customers that they have visited within the last 3 days
